I have a long history of building champion performers. Not all of them have gone on to win medals at the Olympics but they are champions of life! Not everyone’s goal is to be World Champion but its accomplishing ones goals that mean the world!

Coaching Monique at the age of 13 was fun and telling of her longevity in the sport. I witnessed the many accomplishments and titles. Monique is an incredible ambassador of the sport while accomplishing her M.Eng.

Sarah is incredibly determined. Deciding to start track cycling at 25 and starting from scratch took great bravery. However it took only 2 years to making the National Team and be a full-time resident at the Milton Training Center.
