Peak Power

Are you a Pure power athlete Track Sprinter or BMX athlete, Hockey or Rugby Player looking for the optimal check in with Peak Power or Repeatable power?

FTP/ Ramp Test

Get a sense of your ability to produce power and assess where the gaps are.

No doubt this test will be difficult and should only be done if you are a seasoned cyclist.

Pedal Efficiency

Over the winter is a great time to work on your pedaling efficiency.

The test will take you through a number of pedaling stresses, Standing start, Hill climb Single leg pedaling, 2min or 4 min efforts and assess basic pedaling foundation. With a visual representation of your pedal stroke in real-time you can try to make some changes to increase power and efficiency. This test can provide feedback with known leg discrepancies and help guide rehabilitation from injury.

  • Identify where you are producing power with each pedal stroke and with each leg
